Disliked: Three points were very unsatisfied: I left a message with a queen bed, but in fact two beds were opened, we arrived late and tired, the front desk did not ask us whether we wanted a queen bed or two single beds, just gave us two single beds, which is very unprofessional. The room is open directly to the elevator, and the sound insulation at night is not very good. 11/4 after 8 AM!! A waiter banged on our door while we were still asleep, when we got dressed and opened the door, he said he just knocked on the wrong door and left, which was very disturbing to our rest!!

Liked: Close to the historic center, polite staff, room clean, breakfast buffet has plenty of variations, sweet, pastries, cold buffet, musli, eggs, plenty of fruit, salads, etc
Disliked: Beds are more on the softer side Parking in hotel garage is not included and cost 18€ per day
