Outstanding location and breakfast

Liked: The location was close to the city centre, shops and restaurants near the airport, and public transportation.Excellent breakfast and friendly staff!

Liked: The staff at the hotel was nice and useful. Location is a little far from city center if you want to walk. Tram are just next door so there are good options.Breakfast was amazing, one of the biggest variety in recent time.
Disliked: The hotel was under renovation so a little uncomfortable to walk around in the corridors but understandable.

Liked: The hotel room was comfortable and had a mini fridge, electric kettle, complementary water.The fitness and pool area hours were from early to late.Now, the location is not in the city centre, but you're 10 mins from transport, so it depends on what you need.
Disliked: The staff was unhelpful when I had an issue and they hung up on me on the phone.I called booking assistance, and as they didn't manage to communicate properly with the staff either, booking assistance helped me instead.I would give a lower score for this, but I don't think it's fair for other people exploring this hotel for their trip, as it's a valid option.There was a sauna that looked good, but rules don't allow swimming suit inside.The price of the breakfast on site (25 per person per day) is too much for what they offer (also when compared to other hotels in my experience). Also, I paid for it at the moment, and at checkout they wanted me to pay again...

Disliked: The check in at reception and check out is lengthy, laborious and four times as long as other hotels it’s like the staff don’t quite know what they are doing and are all new in the job it’s really horrendous and has not improved in ten years - dreadful
