Liked: I am not sure if this is so common here I think your management takes this issue very seriously. I saw a mouse in the bar next to lobby for 2 days in a row which was not acceptable and very uncomfortable to me.

Exceptional

A really nice hotel for...

Liked: The hotel is very nice. The lobby is huge and really modern. We only stayed a night for a concert there, it served us really good. The staff were really nice and friendly, considering how many people were there that day. All were really patient. Our room was just big enough for the two of us. Beds were comfortable. Room bathroom provided everything one needs for a short stay. The location was perfect. Our hotel room view was absolutely stunning. A tram stop is 2 minutes walk from a hotel, and there are two trams 16 & 17. Depends on where you have to go, but it’s an easy way to go to a Main Station. A hotel itself is near the city centre/main station, but it was so peaceful and quiet.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was a tap and a shower in a bathroom. It’s been a long time since I had to turn on and off water that way. While showering, because my hands were slippery I couldn’t turn my water back on. I’m not blaming a hotel, it’s just one small detail I wish could be changed.

Liked: Hotel was next to citycentre, breakfast was good, staff was helpful, room was large and comfortable.
Disliked: Room was too far to elevator. Pool temperature should be high.

Overall Disappointing

Liked: Hotel room brilliant and breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Location wasn't ideal and to state that it is in Frankfurt centre is a misconception. It is in the middle of a commercial area, so would be brilliant if you are going to a conference there.It is a long walk from the old town so not ideal for a tourist holiday.The restaurant has limited food options and unfortunately the food quality is not very good. The restaurant staff are far from attentive, basically they look overworked. Time to order food and time to receive is basically too long a process. On the last day I placed an order for a few drinks in the lobby, they never materialised.The reception staff were not much better, I complained about lack of bathrobes on the first day, that wasn't sorted.Towels were not replaced one day and the mini bar and coffee/tea facilities were not replenished for two days. Attempting to get to the reception to discuss items above was just as frustrating - basically every time I attempted that task there was a long queue. Visibly when I was in the lobby queue's were always present. A very busy hotel and not enough staff. Disappointing overall for staff attentiveness.

Amazing breakfast, nice swimming pool...

Liked: Room are comfortable, nice space and warm enough. Duche pressure was amazing, you could relax after a long day outside. Best thing that I did was adding breakfast. A lot of option, fresh food and delicious.

Great hotel for business stays.

Liked: Proximity to city centre, reception staff member was very welcoming, maratim burger.
Disliked: The rooms and corridors are very dated. Needs to be modernised like the reception area.

Pet friendly hotel

Liked: We were 3 adults(my brother and his wife,and myself with my 3 kids)and 3 children,and in order to be able to book ,We were "forced" to get 3 rooms.One of them We used only to get extra pillows and covers and use the toilet when 2of the 3 neededed to go,in the same time.We were accepted also with our other family member,Our cat,and this was wonderful!Thank You!We got the breakfast included and it was perfect for Us,great variety(still the same things every day).The location is perfect for museums ,as We did,and also for the start of the Cross happenend thiw weekend.The first room,470 had a street view,nice,still the bathroom needs improvement.
Disliked: The cleaning of the room was made to fast,unfortunatelly for me ,I pay attention to details.Some of the bathroom tails were cracked,and there was also a bit of mold.It actually needs a bit more care for the price .The swimming pool seemed bigger in the fotos,still the issue was the water temperature(cold).There are no bathrobs or slippers in the room,You need to ask at the reception.We were given room 363 and 365(specifically asked the favor of at least 2 rooms near...not really as near as I intended,still yes near)and they were facing the back..
