A bit disappointing as we...

Liked: They list heated pool, (main reason to book) but was definitely not heated. Our room (family suite) didn’t have robes or even a small coffee table to be able to eat our food. (there was so much space upstairs i don’t understand why there wasn’t) Quite some noise as the main rd is right out front. Site stated free breakfast, so def a plus to book but it could definitely use more breakfast options as it was only cereal, bagel,&toast. Wifi sucked so bad! Our cellphone had poor reception and the wifi kept saying poor connection or to restart modem. (we’ve booked the jacuzzi suite before and didn’t have this problem) but the whole 3days, was not able to connect whatsoever via wifi. definitely disappointing

Liked: It was a decent stay, not too good. Number 1 the lock is not functioning properly, we have to insert the card multiple times before it will work. Secondly, the breastfast is so-so. They have bread & cofee. And the room was not that spacious.

Update and upkeep once hotel...

Liked: I liked the staff, everyone we ran into was really nice especially all of the front desk check in and out employees.. the location of the hotel was perfect for everything my family and I did out in Monterey..
Disliked: The upkeep of the room could have been a lot better.. you can tell there was a significant amount of water damage in the bathroom especially around the tub. Plus I think even our toilet had a slow leak coming from somewhere. And the beds could have been more comfortable, my husband and I woke up almost every morning with a sore back, neck and shoulder.. plus the little patio seating area needs a gardener ASAP so many weeds.. my family and I couldn't enjoy it due to the weeds being so over grown.
