Liked: Clean and good location
Disliked: Water was shut off for repairs for most of the day one day. Would have like to know this when booking. We were there for a wedding so this could have really impacted family members preparing for the event.

Liked: Swan towel made my day
Disliked: Breakfast. Guys you don't even have any eggs or waffles or anything except instant oatmeal cups, but you put there a tip bin. This is extremely weird.

Access Carmel at half the...

Liked: Location, quick on ramps allowed 10 minutes to downtown Carmel. Avenues meant 10 minutes to the aquarium. Across the street was Del Monte Center. Above was Elmo's and restaurants.
Disliked: Cleaning staff never cleaned the room in four days despite request on day 2.
