Liked: Half way clean
Disliked: Went to take a shower before work and ice cold water. I was told the pilot light went out. That's fine but then I was told "we'll shit happens" Not one suggestion to make up for it. I would have settled for another room just so I could've taken a hot shower before work but no....'shit happens'Shit happens that I will never go back.
