Horrible, misleading experience.

Liked: While I had hoped for a pleasant experience, I found that the images posted on Booking.com did not accurately represent the property. The customer service was lacking. Overall, the experience did not align with what was portrayed online
Disliked: I was deeply disappointed with my stay as the property did not resemble the images or descriptions provided on Booking.com. The photos were misleading, and upon arrival, I found the hotel to be in poor condition, lacking cleanliness, and situated in an unsafe, undesirable area. The overall environment made me feel uncomfortable, so much so that I had to leave immediately. I booked a new hotel on the spot, as I did not feel safe staying there. This experience was far from what I expected, and I believe Booking.com should address the discrepancies in their listings
