Ok, a bit overpriced

Good value for money
Liked: The immediate location was not as pleasant as I had expected. The external photos were a little misleading, but overall, it was close to a nice wharf area with restaurants and bars and a pleasant walk to the opera house. The breakfast was excellent, and an all-day coffee machine was a bonus.The door to my balcony did not open but was not a big deal. Altogether it was a good deal.
Disliked: No receptionist was available after 5 P.M. until 9 A.M.
