Totally disappointed

Disliked: Falsely advertised ocean views for the room I stayed in. The ocean was in the complete opposite direction of the way my room faced. My room did overlook an inlet that was mostly dry. The bed base was broken. The spa I payed extra for couldn’t be used as the plug wasn’t water tight. The handle on the vanity tap fell off every time I used it. The entire motel was old and not kept up well

Liked: Loved every single thing about our stay! The lady that checked me in was so lovely and welcoming. We stayed in the family room which has now become my most favourite place to stay in napier. Rooms were nice and large, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were nice and comfy. The room has the most beautiful view, got up early just so I could have my coffee and take it all in. Can't wait to stay again!! The manager was absolutely lovely!! Hated leaving to be honest, we'll be back
