Beautiful hotel let down by...

Liked: Beautiful hotel in a stunning location
Disliked: Heating pipes in bedroom made a loud irregular banging sound. Given that I had booked the hotel to get a good nights sleep this was unsatisfactory. I did get moved to a new smaller room after reporting that noises twice. I also had to attend personally at reception because they would not answer repeated calls. I was a solo traveller but was told the server did not come to ask what I wanted for breakfast because she was waiting for my partner to arrive. The female member of staff with the blue hair in the seal restaurant was outstanding.

Liked: The staff were so welcoming and helpful at all times of our stay. The room was comfortable, well appointed, and had everything we needed. It was especially helpful to have a mini fridge as we were travelling with our newborn and used it for formula/milk.
Disliked: Nothing!
