Unexpectedly lovely, with a grandeur...

Liked: The room was beautifully presented and styled in an old world grandeur. We saw another room but it wasn’t as good so be sure to get an updated room. Housekeeping services were outstanding. The heated pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub made this trip for us. All the food was of a high quality and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. It was a warm, friendly hotel.
Disliked: Nothing!

Fantastic hotel, staff and stunning...

Liked: Beautiful hotel, decor and location, staff were excellent. Loved the spa and pool, and we ate in The Seal, and it was tasty food at a reasonable price and again great service and slightly more relaxed than The Rabbit.
Disliked: The room we were in 212 was very nice with Seaview however the bathroom door didn't fully open, it hit the sink so just a slight design flaw.

Liked: The location is superb. The hotel is very comfortable but the cherry on the cake is the staff- they are outstanding! Every single staff member we came across was delightful, helpful and very professional.The staff are the factor that makes the hotel a cut above its peers. Well done
