Liked: Lovely hotel and staff. Both rabbit and seal facilities are fantastic. Beautiful old building and sympathetic decor.
Disliked: Swimming pool could do with upgrading to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.

Exceptional hotel with a relaxed...

Liked: The hotel is fabulous, lovely decor, immaculately clean and great location. Good range of food in bar and restaurant, you can choose from either menu in restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety to choose from. The staff went out of their way to make my mum's 80th and my sister's birthdays extra special with room upgrades and prosecco. They couldn't have done anymore for us and all with a very friendly feel to the hotel that immediately makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Pool and gym were great and it's a lovely area with views of Arran.
