Very enjoyable

Liked: Loved everything as I come every year to the hotel. Spa facilities are great and I had a full body massage. I can’t rem the therapists name unfortunately but was a very pleasant experience. She knew her stuff
Disliked: I felt the dining facilities at the bar were very confusing. I sat a couple of times waiting to be seen. I then had to go and make myself be seen. Staff were great though so can’t complain about their effort. Just felt a little too long to get order taken

A great spot, with lovely...

Liked: Great hotel, lovely stay. Spa facilities a great bonus, not to mention the beautiful views. Breakfast was excellent (though I have no dietary needs so didn't explore options greatly in that area) and service extremely quick.The Staff were great friendly, welcoming, no fuss and helpful when I requested assistance with printing and to store luggage.
Disliked: Only tiny niggles for me were a lack of well located sockets in the bedroom (Individual sockets at bedside but each was used up for bedside lamps) and one behind the large desk. This meant access to a mirror whilst styling hair was a little challenging. Additionally, despite it being only January I found the room too hot at night, there were no air con facilities in the room but a lighter duvet would have probably made the difference.

Liked: Spa was the high point especially outdoor hot tub
Disliked: 11 am check out. 12 would be better as breakfast very busy and no time to relax afterwards

Better than we expected after...

Liked: Liked the upgrade to Seaview room, comfortable room and nice spa/pool facilities
Disliked: Room quite warm but opened windowAlthough staff knocked before entering, as they'd seen one of us leaving room with case my partner was still in the bathroom , so not impressed

Liked: Great location overlooking the golf course. Lovely reception room. Great breakfast.
Disliked: Room was subject to a lot of noise - creaky floorboards outside the door and from the room above, plus the minibar was noisy

Promises more than the price...

Liked: Location, food, staff
Disliked: Room was too hot, radiator broken so could turn off. No mirror near table and socket for partner drying her hair. Room was located near electrical sub station directly outside the window which hummed all night.
