Liked: On arrival your heart sinks- the place looks poor externally and first impressions are importantWhen we got in in evening around 9pmWeTried to watch Tv to chill but had to get the guy to come and look at it as it needed a code- he couldn't fix it but managed to get some free tv that was out of synch etc weWeren't that bothered but the guy was like "what did you do to it"- we turned it on... and to be fair it should just work.No milk in room for the coffee from machineThe paper cups leak everywhere so pointlessThe place should be sooooo much better

Liked: I love the view. My check-in was awesome.Very nice attendant.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. The headboard was not connected to the bed/rails, so every movement, the headboard banged against the wall. There was trash behind the bed. The shower was way too small towels were extremely hard.There was coffee provided, but, no sugar, no cream, no. Stirring straw. There were two remote controls that you had to use for the television. Also, when I pulled the covers back I noticed hair in the bed.
