Liked: The location is great. It is within walking distance to the water. It has a restaurant on-site as well as others within walking distance. As well as a grocery store across the street. This location is a reasonable distance to the airport to make it
Disliked: This property is a bit outdated and needs attention to details in the cleaning. Room was dusty and stuffy. Not there really long enough to care but had I been my allergies would have been full speed ahead. Nice property and I would stay again if I had more time.

Excellent hotel outside city centre

Liked: Comfortable, warm and clean room. The location was ideal, only a 5 minute walk from Des Moines Parkrun. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly and very helpful for recommendations

Disliked: VERY limited for electrical outlets, thermostat was iffy, dirty floors

Very good value, big rooms

Liked: The rooms are enormous (even by US standards) - huge, big room all to myself. Breakfast is basic but good. Good selection of TV stations, very comfy bed, good shower/bath, walking distance to marina and downtown Des Moines WA :) The staff are helpful and v. nice.
Disliked: I couldn't get in late(ish) one night and had to contact the front desk as my access card wouldn't work.
