Disappointing

Liked: Lovely views and location.
Disliked: 60 percent of the staff were awful. Our room leaked. Water came pouring down from the ceiling about, our clothing, toiletries got soaked. No one apologised, they acted like they were doing us a favour changing our room. Next room, air conditioning was broken, room very cold, they brought us a space heater and then said they would fix it following morning. No one arrived to fix it. We were moved rooms again. We were refunded 2 nights but very reluctantly. We had daily room service, room was serviced 3 out of 5 nights.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing...

Liked: Lovely boutique hotel. Beautiful views of Marina, harbor. Pool was 86 degrees warm and clean. Jacuzzi was 105 degrees hot & clean. Great staff.
Disliked: There was no free parking and it was $45 a night to valet your car. The cool area cabanas could’ve been cleaner. There was bird poop on some of them.

Pleasant hotel in quiet area

Liked: Marina access, cafes nearby, heated pool, outside bar area
Disliked: Lack of information, late opening of pool (08.30), noisy guests late at night,

Disappointing

Liked: It was decent
Disliked: The property was just average. It was nothing spectacular. My biggest disappointment with the staff. They were not welcoming at all. Except the valet guys they were awesome! However, the front desk staff would just look at me wouldn’t say hello. Have a good day or anything.

Disliked: The room had a dreadful smell. We arrived at midnight otherwise would have requested another room. I told two staff that the room smelt and they apologised but never even offered a complimentary coffee or some sort if compensation so I would never recommend this hotel
