It’s hard to not get lost. Trying to make our way from point A to point B. All of the staff were friendly and helpful along the way.

Disliked: No stairs in our building. Had to drag our luggage up and down stairs.

Liked: 2 friends one night staycation. The room was clean with complementary bottles of water. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was attentive to our needs. It was nice to have the ability to text message guest services instead of calling. They brought us extra blankets and extra coffee upon request in a timely manner and were very friendly. We met the owner of a shop, Amanda, who was very friendly. Her and husband (husband passed in January) owned for 32 yrs and she is now retiring and moving on. Amanda was the most down to earth friendliest helpful person. The store was inviting but her conversation made you want to hang out and talk even after shopping. The view from the rooms patio and the view from the restraunt were both breathtaking. The new flooring going in is beautiful fresh and airy. We very much enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: Apparently there was a private party on the 6th floor with VERY LOUD music at bedtime. We were on the 5th floor and tried to tone it out by having the TV on however you could hear and feel the rumble from the loud music. When called the desk they advised it was a private party but they could move us to a new room but we were in bed and that would consist of us changing clothes and packing the whole room. I think Maybe a conversation at check in with people to see if they are part of the party and if not move them farther away at check-in The restraunt had good quality food with decent size portions however was rather expensive. The radio was loud and the room echoed so it is not sensory friendly and will create issues if you struggle with sound.
