It’s hard to not get lost. Trying to make our way from point A to point B. All of the staff were friendly and helpful along the way.

Disliked: No stairs in our building. Had to drag our luggage up and down stairs.

Fun for families

Liked: Beautiful view of the lake. Loved the decor and the shops.
Disliked: The indoor pool area was extremely humid and the hot tub water was very cloudy.

Liked: Everything was five star, the staff was excellent and extremely helpful in every way
Disliked: The coffee maker in our room wasn’t working and staff was all over that. It was just a little thing.

Excellent sleep and accommodations.

Liked: Clean and staff was helpful
Disliked: Too long to get to my room. I had an injured foot I arrived at 10:15pm and didn’t eat. The restaurant just closed. Would have been nice if they had a limited foodMenu for roomService.
