It’s hard to not get lost. Trying to make our way from point A to point B. All of the staff were friendly and helpful along the way.

Disliked: No stairs in our building. Had to drag our luggage up and down stairs.

Liked: The view was beautiful and the weather was nice enough to enjoy it. We did not use the resort, however the indoor water park looked like a fun venue for kids. The indoor pool and hot tub didn’t seem worth the cold walk to get there. The beds were comfy and the room was perfect to catch up on some football games.
Disliked: First, I’ll tell you that I am the Director of patient experience for a large health system. I create training resources for our hospitals, train and measure success. Our experience at check in was uninviting and unfriendly. Fairly sure that we were an inconvenience to the registration staff. When we had further questions, I caught the gal helping us with directions, rolling her eyes. This unfriendly culture was felt throughout the stay. When we checked out, the same gentleman helped us. When I told him that the refrigerator in our room didn’t work, he did not thank us or offer an apology. The ice maker on our floor did not work. The walls and doors are banged up and in need of a fresh coat of paint.
