Liked: The hotel staff was welcoming and accommodating.
Disliked: The inconsistencies across the hotel were ridiculous. The first room I was in was huge, but it dirty- I found hair on the desk and a pair of socks behind the bench. The second room was extra small (you only had 3 inches of clearance between the chair and the desk to squeeze your legs through to sit) and an enormous bathroom. But the neighbors were extra loud and unruly in the middle of the night, so I asked to me moved the next morning. The third room was more reasonably sized, but had a tiny bathroom. One of the rooms had blackout blinds and curtains. The other room only had blackout blinds in the curtains did not close all the way. One room had cups in individual plastic covers, in another room they were not covered in plastic. One room had lotion, the other room did not have lotion. One room had a laundry bag with the hotels logo, another room had a generic laundry bag that seemed like it left over by a former guest. The towels felt like paper. The location is super loud.

Nice location for restaurants

Liked: The hotel's location is excellent. There are many good restaurants in the area, and it is easy to walk to many locations. The rooms are big and clean. The restaurant is convenient, and the staff is friendly.
Disliked: There seemed to be only one person at the front desk. Most of the time that is not an issue, but checking out caused a delay, as the person before me had an issue that took some time to resolve. I found it strange that the front desk had no cash, even to exchange bigger bills for tips, and that you had to go to the coffee shop for that (who also did not have much cash - more understandable).

Liked: Great location. Easy valet parking.Good size room with a nice spa bath. Comfy bed. Good to have a few bars on site. Would happily stay again.
Disliked: The pillows were a bit soft and went flat too quickly, but that's enough to mark down a lovely stay.

Disliked: I booked this hotel in advance as it was our honeymoon trip. When booking, I specifically chose a room with a view. I also mentioned in the comments that it was our honeymoon and requested a nice room.When we entered the room, we were shocked. They gave us a room with a view of a wall. After calling the reception, the guy started lying, claiming that all rooms only have a view of the wall. Going down to speak with another staff member, she said she couldn’t give us the room we booked and the best she could do was offer $50 compensation for two nights.When we checked into the room, we paid in cash. However, the guy at reception took my card and froze the full amount we paid plus the deposit. He said it was necessary, and the money would be unfrozen the day after checkout.It’s been 15 days, and I still haven’t received the money back. I write to them every day, but they don’t seem to intend to return it, and they keep telling me to contact my bank.On our trip, we stayed in 6 different hotels, and everywhere else, the deposit was returned the next day.Be careful. Although the hotel may look nice, their service is very poor.
