Liked: Excellent decor- many margarita glasses and Jimmy Buffet tributes- the whole place was clean, stylish and smelled amazing! Great downtown location for lively gaslamp quarter and for the conference centre. Spacious lobby, with lots of seating for gatherings or relaxing. A well equipped, quiet and clean gym was great and multiple lifts meant never waiting for long.Hotel bar and restaurant were super friendly staff were a highlight and made me feel welcome and comfortable as a solo traveller. Room service and turnover staff were great and rooms kept clean and neat.
Disliked: The pool is very shallow- not really for swimming- more for summer months with a cocktail in hand. Or okay for kids.Not much else to complain about!

Disliked: Parking on site is ridiculously expensive. There is offsite parking close by.
