Liked: Very clean. Close to Broadway and other attractions. Staff were very nice.
Disliked: The two eatery locations close at 10pm. It would be great if one could stay open longer. Even if it were just finger food.

This place is a trap,...
Liked: I liked that the location was close to the downtown night life. The decor was very nice and modern. The building was clean and well kept.
Disliked: The hotel has NO parking lot, so at check in they tell you that you can go find parking on your own or they can park your car for you for 57 dollars a night. The one thing I requested was a nice invigorating shower,the building has NO water pressure. They offered me two nights free parking if I attended a two hour timeshare meeting. I traveled to see my family, not attend a sales pitch. I purchased nothing at the hotel. Because I did not know the town I accepted the valet parking. When we checked out I was issued a $256.56 bill to leave.

Good
Liked: Breakfast was good however it was cold. Asked for peanut butter and jam and was served only peanut butter. Asked the waitress if the waffles being served was belgium and she said it was. It was not.The restaurant was cold.
Disliked: The JWB restaurant. There was not enough staff when we arrived around 1pm. Brunch was the only option that was offered. There was only the bartender working. Had to go to the bar to ask for a menu and ordered with the bartender. Breakfast was served cold and service was too slow.

Liked: Everything except the Female employee/ bartender working at JW’s restaurant
Disliked: The Bartender/server who shut down the kitchen more than 1/2 hour before their required hours of operation. She refuse to serve us any meals even after we were told the restaurant serves food until 11pm.Given that we had been driving on the rod for more than 11 hours we would have truly appreciated a meal. She had no concern for us or the resort to make sure we were accommodated with service that we paid for. Terrible employee she should be fired.
