Not worth the price

Liked: Quiet area, good room layout, amenities, beach nearby. The basics are there, unfortunately, it's offset by drawbacks and an excessive price.
Disliked: The staff was not very attentive to guests – I was hauling heavy bags when checking in and out, including up the stairs. No one offered to help. The room had moldy smell. Breakfast was disappointingly cheap (in quality, not price). There was road construction going on. The beach is so-so, coral/stone/sand ocean floor with a lot of seaweed.All that for about $1,000 per night? I stayed at much cheaper 5-star hotels with excellent service.

Liked: The rooms are spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The regular shuttle bus to the old town is a great plus. The food is excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: At busy times in the morning and evening, the service in the restaurant was unexpectedly slow, but it was no big deal due to the great atmosphere and staff.

Incredibly disappointing

Liked: We left two days early. We had a room facing the pool. I expect some noise but the speakers for the pool/restaurant were under our balcony. So the music shook the walls on the room. Overall I’ve been to nicer Margaritaville properties. Very disappointed.
