Overall good stay and satisfying.

Liked: Place was clean and very convenient.
Disliked: Check in wait was too long. Service was very slow.

Girls weekend and it was...

Liked: I visited with friends and we all flew in from different states. We were able to drop off our luggage and explore until we could check in or Fly out. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is included. There is also a shuttle down to the Wharf area which leaves on the Hour until 11pm. The Beach is directly across the street. And the pool is heated and enjoyable. We went around Christmas and the lobby looked beautiful without going overboard on the decorations.
Disliked: The grounds are small. But again, the Beach is across the street. No convenience stores near by. I would of liked to have stocked our fridge.

Exceeded all expectations!!

Liked: Amazing place. The shuttle drivers were super helpful with tips on where to visit in town. Bob and his wife were a joy to ride with!!! Food top notch at chalice also!!! Staff was amazing to us all around!! We will be going back soon!!

Liked: The hotel is right across from the beach which was nice. There is a shuttle that runs to and from old town and made going back and forth very easy
Disliked: No food is included-when booking it was unclear as some things we read said breakfast was included

Disliked: The rooms are tired. It been patched back together and looks well worn. The bar and pool staff were exceedingly rude. We could never get drinks. A group of us in the pool talked about our interactions with bar staff and how irritated they were with all the people at the hotel. They were constantly closing the pool bar. Now you have to exit the pool, climb stairs and place your drink order. It wasn’t worth the effort If you did get someone to wait on you they brought your food and drinks in disposable cups and containers. Not high end at all. I really expected a better experience. It was tacky. Cheaply done.

Disliked: Wish you had smart tvs to use streaming apps. Saw little tiny ants or bugs in the bathroom counter/ sink everyday.
