Beautiful but poor customer service.

Liked: Location is great, condo is beautiful,
Disliked: Although the morning staff on 2/3 was wonderful and cleared up all issues of double payments, the evening staff was horrible, had attitudes and were very dismissive when I initially raised concerns of said double payment on that evening of check in. As much as I would love to stay again I don't think I will.
