Liked: Staff was excellent
Disliked: No fitted sheet. I often found myself on the bare mattress pad! This is unacceptable and unhygienic.

Great central location in Walla...

Liked: Great location. Breakfast was good. Pets convenience great. Staff friendly.
Disliked: 2 EV chargers were broken. One barely worked.Lighting is poor especially for seniors. Lobby is very dark. Room lighting could be improved around closet. needed flashlight.Rooms are painted dark. Toilets are very low and flushing is slow, bathroom very small for price. One small slow elevator for conference building is inadequate. Spa service?? No hot tub.

Liked: There is no complimentary breakfast, I usually go to a local cafe. In addition, the location is within walking distance to several quality restaurants.
