This is the best place to stay because of the rates; excess to public transport system into other big cities.

Disliked: Absolutely uncomfortable stay I've ever experienced, very small rooms for a family doesnt look as big in person as it is in the photos, the bed aren't safe for the kids, the extra bed under the double bed absolutely disgusting it was covered with people's hair and dust very unhygienic bathroom very small again the late night fee so extra, the price for 2 nights is a rip off ridiculous don't bother wasting your money here!

Liked: We travelled to Sydney for a Luke Combs concert so finding accommodation was hard, we had to take what we could get. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The property advertised free secure parking, on our first night there were no available parks, we managed to squeeze in very tightly against a wall that meant we had to get everyone out of the car because it left no space to open doors or the boot for luggage. The next morning we asked about reserving a park and were asked to pay a $30 fee to be able to reserve a park!!! Which we declined as we were already paying patrons and could not justify having to pay extra for parking that was already included in our booking fee! The second night, same problem… no parks! However the gentleman working did apologise and helped guide us into another very very tight park and said that he thinks people were bringing in extra cars when only one is allocated per room. So maybe they need a better system in place to monitor this. Because of this we ended up with damage to our car from someone opening there door onto our car which will probably cost more to fix then our entire trip did. The room was tidy, the bed was comfortable and clean, we had 5 guests so had a family room, I feel that the room is way to small for 5 people. More suited to 2-3 max. But at the end of the day it was somewhere to sleep and got us out of trouble. staff were very friendly. The air conditioning did not work as well as it should for a small room, hardly cooled it down at all.

Disliked: I've stayed here many times. Had a really old room this time. Not enough parking. Will always check to see if there are concerts on before staying here again. Noise travels, people partying all night, no security. And paid a premium price. Do your homework before booking, I know I will from now on.
