Liked: Everything.The venue was spotlas and well looked after and respected by caretakers.I have been in .any time shares but this one was exceptionally well managed.Staff were accomodating and restuarants were well prepared with beautiful and delicious foods . The out side seating was complimented by the glorious sunsets every evening.Pools were fantastic and spacious and the food from the bar and grill was tasty and quickly prepared.A very pleasant experience.

Liked: Fantastic resort that is spacious and extreemly well supported with excellent facilities.I visited with my family and granchildren and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.Several local restaurants provided outstanding food choices that were all delicious and served with elegance and style.

Top Resort in Sunny SoCal

Liked: Relaxing poolside in the SoCal sun. 7 Mile restaurant and bar was a favourite. Fitness centre was well appointed. In general the relaxed vibe around the resort made it a great stay.
Disliked: Racket in the 20twenty bar. Not the resorts fault I guess. Had to chase for room service, but they sorted it promptly. Not a lot of negatives in this chilled SoCal resort.

Liked: The interactions we had with all of the staff was truly always positive. The customer service was impeccable. They were professional, always had a smile on their face and were always willing to help anyone in need. Congratulations to your team for a job well done in customer service!!

Liked: The space & facilities were amazing. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment.

Liked: Convenient in Carlsbad, nice garden property. Staff was very nice, drove me to the room in a cart.
Disliked: Long walk across a big road to get to the pool. Downstairs unit (no elevator) didn’t get much light.
