Do not recommend

Liked: It was horrible. Air in the lobby and hallways was broken, pool and hot tub closed and it was 85degrees outside, no breakfast as advertised, restaurant was closed, no house keeping, gift shop closed, staff was rude. Charges to use jets in the bathroom in the rooms. Just ridiculous and very unhappy

Liked: It was in a nice area.
Disliked: It was disgustingly filthy, there was a bullet hole in the room door cover with scotch tape and aluminum foil, the pillows had black grease stains, the chairs were torn and nasty, the beds headboard was broken, the phone was covered in drown crap, the carpet was filthy and torn and there was a toenail laying next to the mini fridge.

Disliked: I arrived late at night due to a flight delay. Even though I had booked the hotel in advance on booking they turned me away at the front desk and told me they could only check me in at 8a because of an “audit.” I was stuck without a place to stay late at night. They are not refunding my stay
