Disliked: No housekeeping and very lil toiletries. Very dusty and no one answers the phone had to go down and ask for our needs

Liked: We've stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and it was in better condition. I was disappointed in the room. Housekeeping never visited the room. Furniture falling apart . Sadly I won't be back.

Liked: Nothing it was too far out and definitely not a three star hotel
Disliked: The room was dated and things were ripped. Light didn’t work in the room Looked like blood stains on the floor

Disliked: Room very,very dirty, walls, lamp covers, covered in filth, hair all over carpet, and bathroom floors, beds, etcThe whole mini blind assembly fell out of the wall when I tried to close themWe immediately left, didn't even stay there, fou d another hotel!!!Still waiting for the refund

Liked: The ladies in the front were kind and efficient.
Disliked: The sink has mold in it, the frig was dirty, the carpet by the ac was sopping wet. Overall, the facilities were dirty and run down. The hot tub and pool were not functional.

Disliked: Nothing was available, they double charged my account, the front desk rep was very rude, they allowed someone to get access to my room number when they wasn’t supposed to
