Over all is a great place to bring your kids or just adults visiting Acapulco.
Liked: The property was clean, had a great size pool. You are able to bring your own cooler and drinks. Easy access to an Oxxo or food near by. Pool was kept well balanced and clean. Nice view to the beach but never went to see it closely. Had a good experience at Mar Paraso Queen!
Disliked: Its a bit hard to find the place at night when driving back from an activity.

Over all is a great...

unbetable location, messy rersvation process
Liked: Location beats everything: really beach front line. No elevator needes since only 2 floors (specially important in corona time). There is a bar in the pool, really convenint. There is a lifeguard infront of hotel thats nice since youre in open sea. A lot of security. Felt quite safe. Went there in corona times, they sanitize you and bags before you come in.
Disliked: Paying is a mess, they dont take it from your card registered in booking. Receive a letter asking for id, card number and secret number. Call them to say no, so they ask me to do a transfer, which i did. Booking said you will be charged in hotel for taxes wich is ok, but they write that had to make a second transfer for taxes to guarantee reservation. Messy process before i got defintive reservation . Is the first vacactional apartment with kitchen that they dont give you nothing to clean dishes, so have to buy one for the 2 days was there (tourist dont travel with those in suitcaise). that probably is the cause of some pots oily. all the rooms are very narrow, got lucky with the sea view. Aircon only in room so melting when youre seeing tv. Could be better in maintenance, when bathing tins of water spash out so we had a tiny a lake.

1st the hotel only had 1 room not 2 which is what we had reserved,after waiting for an hour in the heat we were given a room w a/c not working they refused to move us to another room and switched out the a/c unit,said to wait 20 mins, again a/c not working. we spent the 1st day of our 2day stay outside in the heat waiting, the customer services were rude and did not care to assist us in anyway. they even told us "I'm sorry your not accustomed to our weather where you come from but it's all we can do" the location was also false advertised as the hotel was situated in an area that was far from any activities.
Liked: absolutly nothing! very very dissappointed!
Disliked: everything....location, very poor customer service, filthy room, a/c not working
