Got the job done -...

Liked: The hotel was a little dated but we expected that. The beds were comfortable and the location was nice. We had a broken air conditioner that the hotel didn’t fix but they comped us the resort fee and a few nights of parking. There is no free parking onsite and valet is $40/day. The staff are nice. It’s about a mile walk to funk zone but there are complimentary bikes for 3 hours or e bikes to rent close by.
Disliked: The rooms were a little dated. No fan in bathroom so room got stuffy. Broken air conditioner that cooled room but was very noisy

Wonderful City, great people, good...

Liked: Great people, had issue at check in around room which was quickly resolved and in general staff were very courteous, in particular at bar and in breakfast restaurant .
Disliked: Disputed couple of charges on bill but was advised that couldn’t be investigated at the time and I would need to wait for any resolution. Pool area is nice but very compact for size of hotel
