Lovely, clean, homely!

Liked: Lovely hotel, beautiful aesthetic especially the main entrance/reception. The room was lovely, very cosy / homely - and clean. Very happy with my stay, it was lovely and quiet!
Disliked: It’s nothing that the hotel can’t fix of course, but if the hotel was closer to the centre that would have been absolutely perfect! But as it’s no fault of their own, I didn’t want to downgrade the score.

Liked: The location and cleanliness
Disliked: The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything in next rooms. I could hear the phone in the room next to me ding every time they got a message all night long. Saturday night they play music in the bar until 11:30 pm and you can hear it loudly in your room. The 1st room I had, room 6, the bed was wedged so close to the wall I hit my foot every time I moved. The outlets didn’t work either so I was moved to a new room the next day.

Liked: the location is really nice, in a cute residential neighbourhood, easily connected to dublin city centre.
Disliked: the main problem of our stay was the heating in the bedroom: the radiator did not work for the whole stay, so the staff provided us two small electrical heaters to warm up the bedroom. During our stay there was a birthday party in the event area, it was very noisy and loud until late night, considering the poor isolation system. We highly recommend making your bedrooms soundproof.

Enjoyable stay and the staff...

Liked: The breakfast and location were both very good , within walking distance to town . The downstairs of the property is well presented .
Disliked: The bathroom, s need a refresh grout, silicon sealant needs redoing Paintwork , all fixable .If the attention to detail of downstairs was the sameIn the bedrooms and bathrooms , then you could not really fault this hotel .
