Disliked: They didnt come and ask if we needed clean towels or to let paper. They didnt come at all.. And the app said 1 price and then they had us pay another

Unbelievably awful!!

Liked: The room was absolutely filthy!! Had to even ask for toilet paper. We didn't even dare to undress for bed. Slept on top of the bed in our clothes! The person at the front desk hardly talked to us. If there had been other hotel rooms at other hotels available we would have left!!

Liked: the staff really helped me facilitate a very late night check in, they were very sweet with how they handled it and followed through with their word.
Disliked: there's a handful of sketchy busted up things outside the motel, but its more aesthetic rather than an issue of concern. For example, the vending machine was totally busted and looked like it was from 1991. There is a car parked right out front that was missing half a bumper and had scotch tape over the wheels. There was a giant dumpster randomly on side lawn, right in view of everyone.
