Disliked: No ironing board, fan in bathroom didn’t work, smelled of cigarettes when I walked in

Unbelievably awful!!

Liked: The room was absolutely filthy!! Had to even ask for toilet paper. We didn't even dare to undress for bed. Slept on top of the bed in our clothes! The person at the front desk hardly talked to us. If there had been other hotel rooms at other hotels available we would have left!!

This is one of those...

Liked: the staff really helped me facilitate a very late night check in, they were very sweet with how they handled it and followed through with their word.
Disliked: there's a handful of sketchy busted up things outside the motel, but its more aesthetic rather than an issue of concern. For example, the vending machine was totally busted and looked like it was from 1991. There is a car parked right out front that was missing half a bumper and had scotch tape over the wheels. There was a giant dumpster randomly on side lawn, right in view of everyone.

Liked: It was clean room. We didn't have breakfast. The location was nice and easy to access.

I would encourage the owners...

Liked: The staff was helpful and attentive. It took a minute for the lady to come to the window, but once she showed up, check in was quick.
Disliked: When I entered the room, it smelled very musty. The room was clean enough, but the odor really put me off. I didn't even sleep in the bed, I used the sheet I had brought with me to lay on top of the bed.
