Disliked: Paid extra for a patio when there was no patio for the room only back behind the buildings.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The location is great, a short walking distance to the Square where there are many eating places. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived late afternoon on a Sunday and Iqbal, the manager/owner informed us that most restaurants close at 7 on Sundays. That was good to know.
Disliked: There was a smell of urine from the floor mat, but it was replaced once we told the staff about it, and our room smelled better.

A small, friendly, and well-run...

Liked: The location made it easy to walk to the square and visitor center. I appreciated the owner seeking me out to ask if there was anything I needed! That doesn’t happen at a major chain!! I felt very safe and taken care of during my stay, and having my car just next to my room door was convenient. It was a pleasure to stay in this family-run motel, which was great value and CLEAN. It was a wonderful stay.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything that wasn’t good.

Liked: Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed
Disliked: The front desk staff is only on site for short periods of time. She was very pleasant and helpful but not present. On our second day we couldn’t get in our room. Our keys were somehow deactivated. We went to the front desk but it was closed. We tried to call the phone number on the sign but it went to voicemail and we were not able to leave a message. She showed up shortly after and fixed our keys but we were panicking as all our belongings were in our room and we couldn’t get in. I’ve never stayed anywhere where there is not someone on site at all times.

Liked: We love this place, the location is great and the lady filling in at reception was awesome. Very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The beds were really hard, we both woke up with aching bodies, the beds in room 7 aren’t very comfortable. When it was check out day we felt very rushed, as housekeeping came to the door at 9:45 for housekeeping and check out is 11:00. That was a first for us!
