Functional Hotel with a comfy...

Liked: Functional hotel that provided everything I was looking for. Location was useful for the conference I was attending. Bed was perfect. Room was clean. There were close, low cost parking options available.
Disliked: Decor and carpet was a bit dated and for a weekend trip in Brisbane I thought it was a tad overpriced.

Liked: I like the aircon.
Disliked: The bed, the smell; the pillows, sizing of room was ridiculously small. My bathroom smelt horrible & another room had lights that didn’t work, remote to the tv was faulty & we requested 4 rooms together and one of them were on the 5th floor and the rest on 1st…

Very good

Liked: Small hotel with no on site restaurant but they will go and get meals for you. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good location and great price.
Disliked: Room a bit dated but was ok

Just not happy at all,...

Liked: I paid $179 because it’s premium so I was expecting more than that looks like $140 the regular room, nothing especial in that premium room, I asked the receptionist what is the difference between the $140 room and the $179 she said when you open the window its got the little verandah but you only will look out the window no one will fit in it and its only a window and the size of the room which is too small looks the same size with regular and premium room no difference, nothing difference, cost me more of $39, so sad never again with Mantra Springhill
Disliked: The bedroom saying it’s a premium which is very tiny I’m only small so my partner won’t fit on the window side because the space only fits my shoes
