old rooms for a hotel...

Disliked: rooms were tired & oldbathrooms were very ordinary - hand held shower over a bathanything above 1st floor needs a makeover & updatepool looks old & dated

Disliked: There was a lot of mold in the shower. A quick spay with exit mold would fix, but didn't look like anyone has ever tried.I arrived Friday afternoon and there was a large number of dirty glasses on the hallway floor outside my door. They were still there Sunday morning when I left. There had been cleaners in the hall during my stay , but no one had bothered to pick them up. Very poor effort from the cleaning staff.

We had a magnificent time...

Liked: Location was magnificent, walking distance to the mall, Southbank to the performance of arts building, markets and casino. Restaurants not far. Both Train Stations were not far from each other and a mini mart right next door. Will be back for sure.
Disliked: Sorry cannot answer this question as there was nothing to dislike about the property. The staff was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. There is nothing more I can say about the property.
