Great hotel, great location

Ok, but could be better...

Liked: Reception check in and check out were swift, efficient and comforting.The location is excellent, proximity to entertainment, food outlets and the river and parklands of Southbank makes for a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Disliked: The council needs to address the street and footpath cleanliness, the precinct looked very shabby underfoot. I acknowledge it is a very busy space however, a sweep of the streets and footpaths before dawn would make precinct much more appealing.Our studio was sparsely furnished and needed some styling rather than the current ‘bare space’ look!Minor maintenance issues reported.

Liked: We received a free upgrade from the original booking, which was appreciated.
Disliked: Shower/ bath: very slippery, flick mixers difficult to use. Only one bedroom light. Rubbish bin in kitchen had not been emptied when we arrived. Underwear left in dryer. Damaged curtains to balcony.
