Disliked: Spa s that were advertised did not work & were dirty unkept plunge pools and no way would we use. May aswell not have them there! Bathroom dirty, staff not helpful.

Exceptional

Great Location, Mantra on View...

Liked: Location was great, could walk to most places. Beach was just at the end of the street, and it was very convenient to get around. The view was also not too bad.
Disliked: Just felt that the cleanliness wasn't perfect, and the room was a bit outdated and in need of a bit of a spruce up. It did however do the job for what we needed. I also had a little difficulty with getting in and out of the shower, which is over the bathtub due to having mobility issues from Rheumatoid Arthritis. If you don't like night club music keep your door closed when Calli Beach is in action as it is quite loud! Our room balcony looked straight over it. Didn't worry me too much but may worry others.

Disliked: There was so much not to like. The chipped furniture, stained carpet, blood stained and dirty curtains. The bed was sunken, having taken to many bodies - all the furniture was broken. There were cockroaches in the hall. There was no pool, only some spas, one was filled with broken rubbish and filters, and another one had brown, brackish looking water.Overall Mantra in QLD means I will never stay at a Mantra Australia wide, again. They have the money to fix it - they just don’t. Complete rip off. I really wish I’d stayed at a backpackers or caravan park - it would have been exactly the same quality as a significantly better price..
