Liked: Having shuttle transport from the airport was very helpful. The King sized bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room service meal we ordered was overpriced for what it was. The toilet was faulty and made a continuous noise through the night

Handy for airport travel

Liked: For the price is was ok.Staff we very pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was really good Good wine listHandy for transport to airport and the driving was really nice and helpful.The spa bath was tiny. Just a normal bath with jets.
Disliked: The car park is so far away from the room. Its actually in the building next door and it's not under cover.Bit of a nuisance. We had to change rooms as the TV didn't work.But the staff were good about it and they swapped us into another room.

Liked: I liked the convenience of being close to the airport & also a short walk to Urban Surf. Staff at Mantra were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The carpet was looking a little tired in the lifts.

Exceptional

Liked: The shuttle was so convenient and easy for us and the rooms were clean but what really made our stay incredible was the staff. There were 3 ladies at the front desk that were so helpful and happy.
