Excellent facilities and lovely staff.

Liked: The room was very good, clean and tidy and excellent facilities. Having the car park was also great. The restaurant was excellent too and a nice bonus so you didn't have to leave the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was great. I did notice that the room service menu wasn't in the room but that didn't effect my score or stay - just something that I noticed and would like to have had on hand.

Disliked: Can’t control room aircon and it sometimes stopped even during daytime in mid summer.Twin room but hanger, wine glass and water glass are one set only.Previous guest’s bottle top was in the coffee tray and coffee were all crushed. The table near the window was not clean.

Disliked: The outside was very untidy. The lady who booked us in wasn't friendly. I only cared about taking my money. Only had raw sugar and no spoon for my coffee
