Disliked: The quilts are very questionable, essentially a sandwich between two sheets. The inner layer kept sliding out throughout the night;Late checkout was not communicated to cleaning staff, interrupting rest;Not good value for money.

Liked: Good sized room and places to keep luggage. Comfortable bed.Blackout curtains. Large shower. Reasonable parking cost, $15/ day.Not having to walk past reception to access the room.Decent cafe across from the hotel. Location just across from the light rail stop.
Disliked: Can't open the hotel window.No on-site self service laundry, (but there is one 2 light rail stops down).

we have made it work...but...

Liked: Clean room, breakfast area and food nice
Disliked: At arrival we been told as we have booked with a 3rd party we would not qualify for room service....which was really a surprise statement to us.....and this may also be the reason for the unfriendly service.we will never stay with Manta again.only 1 chair for a double room instead of 2only 3 pillows instead of 4shower should have a grap rail for older people to hold on to

Disliked: The room was gross. Smelt like smelly shoes. The bathroom was filthy, not scrubbed and could see all the built up grime. Two singles pushed together is not a king size bed like promised
