Disliked: We arrived we were asked how we booked and when we said booking.com we were told we were relocated to Mantra on view as due to hurricane they didnt have a room for us because of aircon,despite this other guests were walking in and going ip to theirvrooms.we requested they provide transport and were given directions we had to walk.not good.Room at Mantra on View scruffy

Liked: I walked in a big chip at the desk and a pair of someone else's socks were still in the room. Beds are super uncomfortable and you stink way too much into them. But we were moved to mantra on view so im not sure if these issues would happen at mantra legends. Also just randomly a window into the shower which made it awkward for me and my friend.

Liked: Didn't experience the mantra legend as we were relocated for air con reasons. Whilst the staff member was amazing..I was not asked I'd I would like a refund and option to relocate myself. 3rd time lucky and ended up at the novotel.. which by all accounts had very bad reviews. However, I can say that our stay there was nothing less than excellent and would recommend
