Liked: We lost our power because of cyclone Alfred however, the staff were amazing
Disliked: The staff. The property was very comfortable and accommodating, even with out power.

Liked: Location , pool facility and breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Room size for 4 adults was not really satisfying and comfy.Also the carpet in the room and corridors was to old and stained. Not really good looking for a 4 star hotel

Liked: Staff was communicative about Cyclone Alfred updates and they easily accommodated extending our stay due to the cyclone.Power outage occurred during the cyclone, but the hotel had it covered with backup generators.Room was clean and no major problems with the room and hotel facilities.
Disliked: Casting to the TV did not work. Apparently this was due to a recent Foxtel upgrade.
