Disliked: There was a school function on the Saturday night, which resulted in teenagers that appeared to be drunk carrying on at various times between 10pm and 5am outside the rooms. There were four groups coming and going that were loud and disruptive over the night. At 3am an individual was drunk abusive and upset outside the rooms moving about the hotel. Despite all this staff and security were absent in resolving the issues and creating a quiet safe place overnight.

Disliked: I am a family and we were placed next to a young group of people who partied all night, tried contacting management to find our house phone was not connected, tried mobile calling management with no answer, we had people knocking on our door all night long. Was told we would receive a phone call from management later on to discuss what happened which we had no call back, will not be staying here again and would advise anyone else not to either.

Liked: We were pleasantly surprised when upgraded to an Ocean View Room. Very comfortable, great views and so close to town centre.
