Was ok

Liked: The breakfast was average, only had it once over the 2 days, went somewhere else for breakfast the next day, location was good central to everything.
Disliked: Didn’t like that we were told when we arrived there was no car parking available as it was full. when the website expressed there is car parking. We were told to park in the shopping centre car park. Pretty average really.

Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: When I arrived at the property I was told I couldn’t use the car park as they had allocated it to a function they had. Was never advised that I would have to park on the street or through a lane way to a public car park. Air con in room did not work and the lifts take ages to get to your floor. Wouldn’t stay here ever again. Apparently my patronage is not as important as the function. Poor form. I actually booked one of their better rooms as well.

Disappointing

Liked: The accommodation was central to our needs. We were able to check in early which was appreciated.
Disliked: Our room smelt of Urine. Housekeeping did try and mask the smell but after we got back from our function and overnight the smell returned. We were offered another room but because we needed to get to a function time didn’t allow and we were not moving in the middle of the night.

Satisfied

Liked: Everything is excellent.
Disliked: No parking place if you are not a member.

Our stay was spoilt by...

Liked: Nice bathroom, good breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel advertised a fridge in our room which we needed as we had food and medications. There was no fridge and the manager said none of the rooms have fridges. When I said it was listed on their website he did not apologize and at 8 o'clock at night said we could get a refund and find another hotel if we didn't like having no fridge. It was too late after a long drive to do that.
