Quiet, comfortable and relaxed.

Liked: Room was large, clean and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was spotless. Breakfast offered good choice from both buffet and cooked menu. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Easy parking and great location.
Disliked: No convenient socket for kettle in room. Another easy chair would have been nice.

Big on charm, brilliant breakfast

Liked: Smashing one nighter. Obviously its past glories of swimming pool/spa, restaurant etc has long gone but the place still has plenty of big charming features. Room was immaculate and so so comfy double bed. Very relaxing. Breakfast was very tasty, plenty of choices and stylishly laid out. Full size snooker table and wee bar was a added bonus.

Liked: Second time staying in this beautiful hotel and will happily come back the next time we are in this part of the world. The rooms are beautiful and enormous and the sleigh bed was large enough to get lost on. The hotel has gorgeous grounds and is only a few minutes walk into the centre of Elgin. Love it here and will definitely be back.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and bathrooms clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and TV in roomThe hotel was in a lovely setting and within short walk to town centre and restaurants, shops and bars.
Disliked: Some decor was a bit tired and in need of some TLC but overall we enjoyed our stay
