Not worth the place

Liked: Location was good. Close to the metrobus and walking distance from several restaurants and Zona Rosa.
Disliked: Attention from the front desk (never in the front desk). I never saw a person and when I tried to call they forced me to chat via Whatsapp and took around 40 minutes to get me access to the location while I was waiting at night in the street. The light in my room and hot water never worked in my room.

Liked: Location and price.
Disliked: The hotel and rooms are dated. Staff was not very present. Had to wait for staff to arrive and after not arriving, had to contact them through WhatsApp. The hotel needs to be fumigated. Saw big riach in reception and small reach in my room. The blinds did not close. They were old and missing slats. The plumbing needed repair. Water came out on floor and sinktop.
