Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff were goo.
Disliked: There was very limited cold water in our room when we woke up so it wasnt possible to shower. There was no cold water in ours sons room and therefore no flushing toilet. Reception dealt with the information very politely, but i probably would have expected a discount/gesture.

Disliked: Mediocre food in the evening and not a very good breakfast buffet, majority of staff seemed disinterested and overall cleanliness not very good, hotel rooms need refurbishing

Minor Improvements needed

Liked: Room size was lovely, bed was gorgeous and Fans included, there was some areas that were dusty.
Disliked: Long wait at check in. The bathroom needs updating, Room was very hot and ladybirds kept appearing in the room. Better Lighting at Dressing Table. Breakfast was very unorganised, had to eat in the reception area. Not enough tables nor anyone at Breakfast to meet/greet.

Liked: Breakfast was chaotic. Busy and the hotel didn't seem able to manage that well.
Disliked: More staff at breakfast with better signing to find things. More tables ready.

Food great, hotel and pool/sauna/steam...

Liked: The staff were good and the food was very good. I had evening meal and breakfast and I enjoyed both a lot.
Disliked: The hotel and specifically the pool/changing rooms etc were poor and it shows that there has been a lack of investment in the facilities for a number of years
