Liked: Comfortable room. Swimming pool was nice, good temperature
Disliked: The restaurant could do with a larger menu and using less chilli's would be good.The bed was 2 singles put together which wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked

Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: The hotel was awful, dated, grubby, limescale coming out of the shower head, the taps, the boiler was constantly starting up throughout the night so couldn't sleep, the curtains wouldn't meet so light shining through, corridors smelled really bad no heating.

Disliked: Lift out of order for all my stay, unacceptable - staff just shrugged and said they were not sure when it would be fixed.The shower head connection in the bathroom was broken, mentioned it on the first day but it wasn't fixed.Hotel looking worn and in some areas quite tatty.

Liked: The rooms are a good size but it was a shame the lifts weren’t working. This was compounded by the cards consistently deactivating so it was a lot of trips up and down the stairs.
