Great location, value for money...
Liked: Our host Sarah was excellent; cooked breakfast was very good, we received great recommendations for the surrounding area and our room was comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend and would happily stay again.

Exceptional
Liked: Host Sarah was very welcoming. Gave us lots of advice on where to eat in the evening and places to visit. Breakfast brilliant, cooked to order. Cereals/yoghurts/fresh juices/fruits on offer also. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing at all.

Quite perfect
Liked: Such a warm welcome. Thank you. Sarah- so kind and welcoming - gave me a huge bottle of iced water which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. Clean….. squeaky clean and beyond!Really comfortable bed. Great location by the main road but with double glazing- no noise and I slept like a log

Lovely place in great surroundings
Liked: Sarah is a lovely host who makes you feel at home immediately. The room is very comfortable and spacious with nice coffee and tea making facilities, fresh water and great biscuits. The toiletries are so nice, as was the view from our window onto the flower garden. The shower is in the bath and gives you hot water immediately. As one morning the temperature dropped to 3 degrees Sarah even put the heating on. Buildings dating from the 17th century tend to get a bit chilly. Not that we were cold in any way. The breakfast is absolutely smashing and abundant. There are some lovely walks in the vicinity starting from the farm. This is an ideal place to visit Oxford, Bath, Cotswolds, the Kennet Avon Canal, Stonehenge and come to rest quietly at night.
Disliked: Having to leave
