Enjoyed our stay

Liked: Hotel staffs were very welcoming and attentive. Room was clean and has comfortable bed. Location was perfect, close to key attractions.
Disliked: From main entrance, we had to take the stairs going up to the reception area. Carrying our heavy luggages up the stairs was quite inconvenient.

Liked: Very good location, close to sightseeing area, less than 10 minutes walking; close to VIA train station, less than 10 minutes walking. Very friendly staff members, speaking good English and French. Always smiling.Bag storage is great.
Disliked: Room is a bit wet/moisture.
