Liked: Quite big hotel for a small town and well located,clean room and environments, good service. A micro-brewery with a view on the lake and dining room also has a spectacular view !

Very disappointed in the changes to the hotel.
Liked: We didn't eat breakfast there.
Disliked: We arrived on snowmobiles and checked into our rooms,then went to the restaurant to eat supper and were told if we didn't have a reservation they couldn't seat us. The bar area that we used to enjoy was closed and a mess. We then found out that a new microbrewery was renting space downstairs and was in the process of rebuilding an area that was also a mess and the heat wasn't working properly. we ended up eating microwaved food from the very limited bar menu. When we woke up we saw that most of the cars in the parking lot were gone so it seems people that weren't staying had preferential treatment for dinner over guest of the hotel. The tv's in our rooms didn't work.We won't be staying here again.
