Liked: The breakfasts were very good. Could have had bacon on more days.
Disliked: The bathrooms being to far. The sink not working in our first room so we had to change rooms. The inconsideration of some guest letting their doors slam or hanging out in the hallway during middle of night being loud.

Disliked: The lady at the front was always on the phone and not very pleasant to deal with. Also windows had spiders and webs all over, that could use some attention!

Disliked: Shared bathrooms and washrooms. We had to change room on the 2nd day. I also expected the hotel's kitchen to be open till late but it was not and we had nowhere to eat dinner since the nearest restaurant was also closed

Liked: We knew what to expect. It is not particularly luxurious, and that is a good thing. We are happy that the recent renovations did not drastically change the historic character of this former convent. Very tastefully and modestly renovated. The location is fantastic for a reflective retreat.
Disliked: The fact that the bathrooms are mixed (men & women) is a problem. It is ok that there are shared bathrooms (we expected that from a former convent), but there should be separate designated men's rooms and women's rooms.
