Excellent relaxing weekend

Liked: Sophisticated, private, quiet and cosy. Breakfast was a particularly fine offering.
Disliked: More information perhaps about surrounding area? No dislikes at all really!

A fairy tale hotel

Liked: Very special place. Beautiful surroundings. Very quiet. Great food. Nice staff.
Disliked: Bed was ok but pillows were not. Also, a door to the bathroom would be convenient.

Wonderful setting, well presented hotel...

Liked: Amazing location & stunning. Building with an exceptional spa.
Disliked: If we had to be critical we found the food to be not particularly special for the price that was charged. An example of this was the scrambled eggs we ordered with bacon came with literally charred bacon. We sent it back but this was replaced with undercooked bacon which we again sent back but by the time we got it back we had finished our eggs!

We had a wonderful time!

Liked: Magnificent location.
Disliked: Felt at times understaffed. The team is great but for a hotel of this level, the staff needs to be more present for the clients. That would be the only - very small - downside.
