Perfect for our needs
Liked: Location good, beds comfy, self check in good, good communication
Disliked: The room was tired and needed updating. The grouting around bath was black in some places and there was a slight leak by toilet. The sockets were not great for using travel adapters in as the adapter kept falling out.

Disliked: The bathroom needed to be cleaner, especially the sink drain. Bathroom fan needs fixing or to be replaced.

Avoid if possible
Liked: Communication.
Disliked: Not great for the price, very small room and small beds. There was no space either in the room or bathroom. I booked for 3 of us. Parking was pricey too. Will definitely avoid.

Great location for a beautiful...
Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious The location was superb - only 15 minutes walk along the plains of Abraham to the citadel.
Disliked: There was a noisy ventilation duct by the bed. Our room was changed to this one at the last minute. I suspect because someone else had complained about the noise.

Pleasant
Liked: I had no problem with the entrance code and the location was great. It was fairly quiet other than a little bit of traffic noise, which was understandable given that its a busy street. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: There were quite a few spiderwebs on the ceiling and when I plugged in my apnea machine it was a bit dusty behind the headboard. Just not as clean as I would like for that price. It would have been nice to have a few more English options on the TV (ex. HGTV, TLC, W channel). Also, a few more hangers please :)
