Such a lovely stay!!

Liked: Beautiful room, spacious, bed extremely comfortable- VERY clean, tastefully decorated, located in historical (ancestral homes) area very pretty. Staff very pleasant!
Disliked: Nothing!!!

On a road trip from...

Liked: It was in a quiet little town. It was decorated beautifully and had a porch and big patio area where different groups could gather for drinks or a chat in beautiful private gardens . The owners were descendent of the original owners and took great pride in their lovely place. The restaurant was fantastic
Disliked: Our room was on the second floor of an old house with quite a few stairs we weren’t expecting- no elevator in an old house- but someone did carry our bags up for us being that our knees and hips were giving us older folks a bit of trouble & carrying the bags up was too hard. Also, i would prefer check out to be given to us on paper when we left rather than email afterwards.

Quiet and nice

Liked: The manor was in a quiet village and we liked it. ​The room was comfortable and the decor was charming. The staff was very friendly. The Free box breakfast was a nice surprise as the breakfast was not included in the charge. Only thing we missed was a dinner in the manor as it was closed on the day.
