Liked: The hotel is the heart of the city,very convenient for city travelling. The service is the best. Sam at the reception was very helpful and has excellent customer service. The only downside was that the hotel room was dusty, and ants were on the floor .Hotel rooms are not modern.

Not good, definitely not recommend.

Liked: Nothing really.
Disliked: We arrived late and the staff was just so arrogant and cold. We got our rooms and one room was missing blankets and pillows the other room the shower didn’t work. We got new rooms where one of the rooms the ac was really hot and controller was nowhere to be found. And in all rooms the telephone didn’t work so you had to go downstairs every time. Bed was hard. It was just cheap but not worth it for the headache. Also located in a bad neighbourhood with a lot of drugs and alcohol outside the hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness and facilities in the room.
Disliked: Frankfurt station is quite large so you have to cross couples of zebra crossing before reaching the hotel. I would say the hotel looks better in the photo than in the reality so do not expect much.
