Liked: Very little choices and stuff were very slow and not focus very expensive food for the quality
Disliked: Checking more on the needs of the guests and fulfilling their requests

We will never return to...

Liked: I liked the discount we received for our horrific experience.
Disliked: The property is dated and dirty. The rooms are badly designed, the interior design makes no sense and the proportions of the room are not convenient. The rooms aren’t soundproof, meaning you hear everything outside of your room. The breakfast selection and food quality are mediocre at best. The staff don’t know what the Mandarin Oriental brand is about, or how to run a five star hotel. Room service is pathetic, both in etiquette and selection. While we were compensated for the endless shortcomings of this Mandarin Oriental, our stay was still unpleasant. Money can’t make up for an unpleasant stay.
