Exceptional aminities and best service...

Liked: Hotel room was clean and modern. 2nd best shower I’ve ever experienced. Service was off the charts good. We had a very nice internal balcony that had a couch and chair. Great bathroom although only one sink. Separate water closet. Bed was very comfortable with light switches and charging ports at bedside.
Disliked: Liked everything except the price!

Expected much more

Liked: People very helpful. Specially the concierges. The room was mini. We complained and next day they changed us to a bigger one. Although they helped us move it was a hastle.
Disliked: The hotel is quite small. Lobby, entrance etc. Very pretty but expected more for a Mandarin. The restaurant, Seta, super expensive and just too mini portions.
